Our Christmas Jingles & Grinch Doorstep Visit is available on Sunday 14th December for families that live in the NP16 and NP26 postcodes in Caldicot, Chepstow, Magor, Undy, Bulwark, and Rogiet. Whether you want to surprise your children on Christmas Eve, create a special December tradition, or add extra magic to the festive season, Jingles and The Grinch are ready to spread Christmas cheer.

If you live outside of the NP16 and NP26 postcodes, you can still book a mascot visit via our mascot page.

Time Slots

Time slots will be emailed the day before the visit. This is so we can organise visits across a route that works for everyone.

Multi-Day Bookings

We are pleased to be able to bring multi-day bookings to our services. There are some conditions to multi-day bookings such as:

Items are to bought inside through the night. This includes blowers, extension leads, softplay shapes and mats.
Multi-day bookings can only be accomodated in private back gardens that can be securly locked.
All bookings are weather dependant. While weather on each day can differ, we have to also take into account overnight weather forecasts. We will contact customers a couple of day before your booking to discuss the weather forecast.
Multi-day hire is NOT for events. If you are looking to book for an event please get in touch.
Packages CANNOT be booked for multi-day hire.
