Bouncing Dragons provided the red bouncy castle and 4 x diddy cars for my son's 6th birthday party. They were very helpful in terms of customer service, very prompt with drop-off and pick-up on the day of the event. They even knew the event location and advised what could fit within the village hall we had booked which saved an issue on the day. Proactive, friendly and all equipment was clean and safe! Highly Recommend!

Bouncing Dragons absolutely saved our bacon - when another company canceled with less than an hour's notice for a sixth birthday party, they were able to deliver a bouncy castle at no notice. Absolutely outstanding customer service, couldn't be happier

Would 100% recommend. We had the bouncy castle, ball pit and cars package for our daughters christening. The kids loved it all! 4 hours of very happy, entertained kids and they was even happier when they had a sweet cone to go home with. The communication through out was fab and everything was done for us from setting up all the way to putting away. The whole experience using this company was brilliant and we will 100% be using again for future events.

I popped along to the Bouncing Dragons Play session at the Caldicot Scout Hut and it was fantastic! My daughter had a blast! The equipment was in excellent condition, lovely and clean, the area was immaculate, there was a variety of toys for all ages and you can even purchase refreshments and you are able to sit and enjoy them with colouring available on each table. So if you have a Friday free pop along it is definitely worth the trip!
I've also booked bouncy castles and mascots with these guys and they always provide the most excellent services!

Highly recommended

I would recommend bouncing dragons to anyone who wants to host a party with inflatables. Their booking process was easy and gave the option to pay in full or in parts. They delivered and collected the inflatables on time and without fuss. The inflatables were a great addition to my child’s first birthday party. I would highly recommend the play park for under 5s. Thank you bouncing dragons!

A fantastic company!

A fantastic company.
I booked this company for my little boys party and it was so easy, they organised everything the bouncy castle the drinks, balloons,Spider-Man coming and even added rugby players ( rugby themed party) to the sweet cones they made for the children which was a lovely touch.
Highly recommend them, very professional, super smooth running and a fab party for my little one!
Will definitely be using this company again! Thanks again !

Amazing service!

Thank you Bouncing Dragons for providing me with a bouncy castle for my son's birthday even though technically they were shut due to the Christmas/New Year period. They turned up on time to deliver and pick up. Would definitely recommend and use again 🙂

An enormous shoutout to Bouncing Dragons Inflatable Hire and Party Package for making our event an absolute hit! 🎉 Jonathan, you were a true superstar and went above and beyond to help us with everything, from organizing the event venue to assisting with decorations, blowing up ALL the balloons, setting up the chairs and tables, and even staying to help with the cleanup.

Superb! Highly recommend!

Beautiful castles and soft play keeping the kids entertained for hours! Jon is super efficient and a lovely guy, came to set up giving us plenty of time to prepare and swiftly packed away once finished with. Will use for every party needs from now on!

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end! Jonathan was great and was really nice and friendly. The bouncy castle was in immaculate condition, setting up and taking down the bouncy castle was super quick, the price for hire is great value too. The kids had an amazing day and they absolutely loved the themed. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much!!

We hired out a bouncy castle at the last minute due to being let down by another company, and bouncing dragons were amazing. Easy to book and pay, showed up on the dot and set up didn't take long at all. All the children loved the bouncy castle and all had so much fun! Thank you again, we will definitely be using you again and recommend you to everyone!
