COMPLETE PROTECTION WAIVER OVERVIEW

The Complete Protection Waiver is an optional service that provides customers with comprehensive coverage for both equipment damage and weather-related disruptions. This waiver can be purchased for 10% of the total booking value and provides significant financial protection and flexibility.

WAIVER COST: 10% of total booking value

SECTION 1: DAMAGE PROTECTION COVERAGE WITH WAIVER

Customer liability is REDUCED to: £20 OR 10% of damage repair cost (whichever is greater)

This represents significant savings compared to full damage liability and applies to accidental damage including but not limited to:

Tears, punctures, or holes in inflatables
Damage to soft play equipment
Electrical and mechanical damage that prevents future hires to blowers (excluding theft)
Damage to ride-on toys and accessories
Staining and debris that cannot be removed through standard cleaning

Damage Protection Exclusions:

The following are NOT covered under damage protection and remain at full customer liability:

Intentional damage or vandalism
Damage caused by prohibited items (shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks)
Theft or loss of equipment
Damage caused by failure to follow safety guidelines provided
Damage from unauthorized use outside agreed booking hours
Fire damage caused by customer negligence

SECTION 2: WEATHER PROTECTION COVERAGE WITH WAIVER

Customers receive the following benefits for weather-related disruptions:

A) Free Date Change Option

One free date change to any available date within 12 months for weather-related cancellations
No £30 administration fee charged for weather-related date changes
Subject to equipment availability

B) Enhanced Refund Option for Weather Cancellations

90% refund of total booking value if weather cancellation preferred over date change minus the protection cost
Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Weather Conditions Covered:

Weather protection applies to the following conditions affecting outdoor bookings:

High winds above 24mph (as measured by company anemometer and forecasted by the Met Office)
Heavy rain or storms as forecasted by Met Office
Severe weather warnings issued by Met Office for the area
Ground conditions deemed unsafe for setup (flooding, ice, etc.)
Weather conditions are monitored using the Met Office weather forecast and devices such as anemometers

Weather Protection Process:

Bouncing Dragons will contact the customer with weather concerns minimum 2 hours before scheduled delivery
Weather assessment will be conducted using professional equipment
Decision communicated immediately with options provided
Date change requests subject to availability confirmation within 24 hours

SECTION 3: WAIVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 Purchase Requirements

Waiver must be purchased at time of booking
Cannot be added after booking confirmation
Non-refundable once purchased
Applies only to the specific booking purchased for

3.2 Claim Process

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of equipment collection
Weather claims must be initiated minimum 2 hours before delivery time
All claims require completion of incident report form
Photographic evidence may be requested for damage claims

3.3 Limitations

Maximum one weather-related claim per booking
Date changes subject to equipment availability
Weather protection only applies to outdoor bookings
Waiver benefits cannot be transferred between bookings
Standard cancellation terms apply for non-weather related cancellations

3.4 Refund Processing

Weather protection refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds issued to original payment method
Bank processing times may apply (additional 3-5 business days)

SECTION 4: BOOKING INTEGRATION

4.1 Online Booking System

Waiver option clearly displayed during booking process
Cost automatically calculated as 10% of booking total
Waiver terms accessible via website link

4.2 Payment Structure with Waiver

Standard deposit: 25% of booking total
Waiver cost: 10% of booking total
Balance due 7 days before event

SECTION 7: LEGAL PROVISIONS

Bouncing Dragons reserves the right to modify waiver terms with 30 days notice
Disputes will be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection laws
This waiver does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
All equipment remains fully insured and PIPA tested regardless of waiver status

By purchasing the Complete Protection Waiver, I acknowledge that:

I have read and understood all terms and conditions
I understand the coverage provided and exclusions that apply
I agree to follow all safety guidelines and reporting procedures
I understand this waiver is non-refundable once purchased
I understand standard cancellation terms still apply for non-weather related cancellations
