August 2026 Funday – Trader Application

We’re excited to announce the return of our Funday for its second year! Last year’s event was a fantastic success, and we can’t wait to make this summer’s celebration even bigger and better.

Trader Setup: From 08:00
Location: Caldicot Rugby Club, Longfellow Road, Caldicot, NP26 4JW
Pitch Fees: General Pitch £25 | Food & Drink Pitch £50

Important: All traders must provide their own gazebo and tables. No equipment is supplied with your pitch.

Payment

If your application is successful, we’ll send you an invoice via QuickBooks. Payments are made securely through PayPal.
