August 2025 Funday - Trader Application

We are really excited to be hosting our Funday for a second year. We had such a great time last year that we thought to do it again.

Trader applications for our Funday on Saturday 16th August 2025 are now open. If you are interested in attending our event please complete the form below to begin the process.

Date - Saturday 16th August 2025
Event Time - 10:00-16:00
Setup Time - From 08:00
Location - Caldicot Rugby Club, Longfellow Road, Caldicot, NP26 4JW
Pitch Fee - Standard Stall is £25 and Food Stall is £50

Please Note - There is no setup included. All vendors must bring their own gazebo and tables.

Payment

Once submitted we will review your application. Once accepted, we will email you an invoice via Quickbooks where you can pay via PayPal.
