Booking & Availability
What days are you available for hire?
We operate Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only. This allows us to provide the best service and ensures our equipment is properly maintained between bookings.
How far in advance should I book?
Most of our customers book 4 weeks in advance, especially for popular weekend dates. However, we can accommodate bookings up to 12 months ahead for special occasions like birthdays.
Do you deliver to my area?
We serve all Monmouthshire locations within 1-hour travel time, including:

Can I book last minute?

Payment & Pricing
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the equipment and package you choose. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific requirements. We offer flexible payment plans to suit all budgets.
How do payments work?
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept card payments online for bookings.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for all bookings. This is one of our unique selling points - we work with you to make your child's party affordable.
What's your refund policy?
The 25% deposit is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. No refunds are given if cancellation is within 7 days of your booking. We recommend our damage/weather protection (10% of booking) for peace of mind.
Safety & Equipment
Are your inflatables safe?
Absolutely! All our equipment is:
✅PIPA certified with annual testing
✅Fully insured with public liability coverage
✅Health and Safety Executive compliant
✅Inspected daily during setup and takedown
What happens in bad weather?
We monitor weather conditions using Met Office forecasts and professional anemometers. Wind speeds above 24mph mean outdoor equipment cannot be used. We offer damage & weather protection (10% of booking) which allows free rescheduling or 90% refund for weather cancellations.
Do I need to supervise the equipment?
Yes - adult supervision is required at all times. We provide a comprehensive supervision guide upon booking confirmation, and customers sign terms and conditions on delivery to ensure they understand their responsibilities.
How clean is your equipment?
We take cleanliness seriously! All equipment is cleaned with antibacterial spray and anti-mould treatment after every use. Everything is hoovered and sanitized before delivery to your event.
Setup & Delivery
How long does setup take?
Setup and takedown each take approximately 15 minutes for most inflatables and soft play equipment. We're efficient and professional, minimizing disruption to your event. Setup and collection times can be seen on our product pages.
What space do I need?
Space requirements vary by equipment. You can find required space on each of the product pages.
Do you provide power?
We include a 25m extension lead in all bookings. Alternatively, a 50m extension lead can be provided for an additional fee. We provide all necessary blowers.
We also offer power options for locations without electricity.
When do you deliver and collect?
When booking you select the time that you want us to arrive to setup and the time to arrive to collect. If there is any issues with the timings you have provided, we will contact you before confirming your booking.

What ages are your packages suitable for?
We cater for all ages from 1-12, with our highest revenue coming from ages 1-5. We have age-appropriate equipment and can create mixed-age packages for siblings and friends.
