Outdoor Bookings
We accept outdoor bookings between 1st May and 30th September. The reason for this is due to the unpredictability of British weather.
Outdoor bookings can only be accommodated on Grass. Fake grass, paving or concrete surface areas cannot have an inflatable setup on them. Inflatables have to have the equivalent of 163KG per anchor point. As each inflatable has to have at least 6 anchor points (most have more), that is more than a tonne of sandbags. For this reason, stakes are used and can only be entered into the ground.
Indoor Bookings
Indoor bookings are particularly favourable in the winter months where village halls are often used. With indoor bookings, the main issue is whether an inflatable will fit. Unlike outdoor bookings, height can be an issue. The size of all inflatables can be found on our website under the size tab on the product pages.
When venues are hired for indoor bookings, we understand the importance of the setup and collection times. On our website, you can select the date and time that suits your needs. The delivery time is the time that you want us to arrive to setup and the collection time is when we arrive to start taking the hire down.
