08 July 24 - Announcing our Family Fun Days

Summer fun at our Family Funday in Caldicot, Monmouthshire.

Join us on the 27th July for some super great fun 11am- 4pm at Caldicot Rugby Club

This is a pay on entry event where wristbands will give access to a range of entertainment and inflatables.

Available Wristbands

We want to be as inclusive as we can in our events which is why we have created three types of wristbands. They are:

1. S.E.N Wristband - This wristband will grant a child with SEN needs and one adult to the event between 11am and 12pm. This hour will be a quiet hour where entertainment will be kept to a minimum. Stalls, inflatables and a Bubble Station will be available during the hour. The cost of this ticket is £3.
2. Childs Wristband - This wristband will grant access to the event between 11am and 4pm. The cost of this ticket is £6.
3. Adult Wristband - This wristband will grant an adult entry to the event between 11am and 4pm. The cost of this ticket is £2.

What's included in the wristbands:

Included in the 1 hour S.E.N wristband:

• Unlimited sessions on the bouncy castles.
• Access to the toddler zone (under 5’s)
• Bubble station

Included in the child wristband:

• Balloons from the balloon twister 😍
• Interaction with the Stilt Walker 😍
• Unlimited sessions on the bouncy castles 🫶🏻
• Access to the toddler zone (under 5’s only)
• Full interaction with our funtastic DJ James Smudger Smith
• Entertainment from Belle and Spider-Man meet and greet

Included in the adult wristband:

• Balloons from the balloon twister 😍
• Interaction with the Stilt Walker 😍
• Full interaction with our funtastic DJ James Smudger Smith
• Entertainment from Belle and Spider-Man meet and greet

We also have additional stalls and activities available to purchase, such as:

• Face painting
• Stalls from local businesses.
• Hot dog & burgers
• Bar available for refreshments.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ's)

1. What payment types are available?
   • Entry - Cash and Card accepted
   • Bar - Cash and Card accepted
   • Stalls - This is dependant on each stall holder. You will need to enquire with them directly at the event
2. If I buy an S.E.N wristband but want to stay, can I change this to a Child's Wristband?
   • Yes, if you hand back the S.E.N wristband, we will change to a child's wristband. We will discount the price of the S.E.N wristband that has already been paid. Please note, the accompanying adult will also need to purchase a wristband.
3. If I get a wristband and leave before the event finishes, can I get a refund?
   • Unfortunately not. Once a wristband is purchased it is non-refundable or transferrable.
4. What time is the last entry into the event?
   • Last entry will be at 15:30. After this time there will be no entry allowed.
