We are thrilled to announce some exciting updates to our playtime sessions, designed to enhance the experience for our young visitors and their families. Our playtime sessions, aimed at pre-school aged children, offer a delightful mix of softplay and inflatable fun in a safe and secure environment. These sessions include softplay areas, ride-ons, colouring activities, and refreshments available for purchase.
New Age Policy for Free Entry
To ensure excellent value for money, we are updating our policy on free entry for young children. Previously, children aged 1 year and younger could attend for free. We are now lowering this age to 6 months. As children from 6 months start to crawl and sit up, we believe they will benefit greatly from our playtime sessions, making them an ideal place for early development and fun.
Pre-Booking Changes
While pre-booking remains the best way to save money and guarantee entry to our sessions, we are making a slight adjustment to our booking window. Pre-booking for any playtime session will now close at 9pm the evening before the session. If you miss the pre-booking window, you can still pay on the door, but please note that this will be at the on-the-door price, not the pre-booking price.
Celebrate Birthdays with Us!
We are especially excited to introduce a new benefit for birthday celebrations. We understand that not everyone wants or can afford a big party, so why not celebrate with a group of friends at one of our playtime sessions? The birthday child will get free entry to the session! To book the birthday child onto an event, simply drop us a message. Please note that evidence of the child’s birthday may be requested, and the birthday must be within 7 days before or after the session date.
