Update on our Playtime Sessions in 2025
A new year is always a time to reflect on the previous year and 2025 is no different.
We have had an extraordinary year in 2024 in which we thank you for your support. To keep our business viable, we have made some changes to our Playtime Sessions in 2025.
What are Playtime Sessions
Playtime sessions are designed to create a fun environment for children pre-school age to play, learn and make new friends.
The sessions themselves contain items of play such as:
- Inflatable Playpark
- Softplay Shapes
- Didi Cars
- Eezy Peezy Ride-Ons
- Scuttle Bugs
- Colouring Station

What's changing with the sessions
We are announcing some changes to our Playtime Sessions to improve them and make them more available. Below is a table summarising the changes:

We used to hold our sessions in Bulwark Community Centre and Caldicot Scout Hut. |
We will be holding the sessions in Caldicot Scout Hut. |
| Frequency |
We held the sessions at each location every other week. This meant we were holding a session once a week on average during term time only. |
We will be holding the sessions every Friday during term time ONLY. |
| Time |
The sessions were held between 09:30 and 11:30 only. |
We will be holding two sessions on a Friday, an AM and PM. AM sessions will be 09:30-11:30 and the PM sessions will be 12:00-14:00

| Refreshments |
We had a range of refreshments from AJ Sweet Treats. These included sweets, biscuits, crisps well as instant coffee and tea. |
AJ Sweet Treats is now Bouncing Dragons Sweet Treats. Our offering will include:
- Crisps
- Sweets/Chocolate
- Fruit
- Cold Drinks (Cans, Fruit Juice, Water)
- Hot Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte, Hot Chocolate, Tea)

When do the sessions start
We are looking to start the sessions on Friday 24th January 2025.
The sessions will run EVERY FRIDAY during TERM TIME ONLY.
